MPC-100 is a high-build, self-leveling epoxy floor coating that consists of two components and is composed of 100% solids. This coating is specifically designed to provide protection for concrete floors, whether applied over an existing epoxy coating or used to create decorative metallic flooring systems. Additionally, MPC-100 can serve as the binder component for resurfacing or patching surfaces that are exposed to harsh industrial environments.

Formulated as a cycloaliphatic coating, MPC-100 offers a range of benefits including reduced water spotting and amine blushing, as well as excellent adhesion, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. Notably, this coating contains no solvent, complies with CFIA regulations for indirect food contact, and meets VOC regulations with a limit of under 100 g/L for architectural floor coatings.

MPC-100 is suitable for a variety of applications in different settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential use. It can be applied in industrial settings such as garages, warehouses, airports, hangars, processing plants, and manufacturing facilities. In commercial spaces, MPC-100 is ideal for use in shopping malls, boutiques, hotels, offices, showrooms, restaurants, hospitals, schools, community centers, as well as bar and table tops. For residential applications, MPC-100 can be used in entrances, hallways, basements, entertainment rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, outdoor spaces, pool outlines, and even table tops.

When applying MPC-100, it is recommended to use an 18-inch roller without a frame or pole. This industrial-grade epoxy resin is extremely durable against wear and tear, acids, and yellowing over time. The formula contains 100% solids, providing a self-leveling and high-build coating. To ensure optimal results, freshly applied product must be protected against moisture, condensation, and water for at least 48 hours.

Coverage rates for MPC-100 are as follows: - 1st Clear Coat: 200-300 sq. ft. per 3.78L (1 US gal.) at 5-8 mils dft - 2nd Clear Coat: 133-200 sq. ft. per 3.78L (1 US gal.) at 8-12 mils dft - Metallic Coat: 50 sq. ft. per 3.78L (1 US gal.) at 32 mils dft

For application, a one 18-inch Wooster microfiber roller is recommended.
