400W White is an ultra-premium solvent-based primer/sealer/bonders with properties that make paint stick to tough-to-paint surfaces. It is very fast drying and tintable to pastel colors with universal tint colors. This product is suitable for both interior and exterior use and acts as a white bonding primer/sealer with a solvent base.
It is specifically designed to meet Federal and State VOC requirements and solve various paint bonding problems. 400W White provides excellent adhesion, sealing, and bonding on many hard-to-coat surfaces. While clean and dull paintable surfaces may not require sanding, it is recommended to sand or dull hard, glossy surfaces for maximum adhesion.
This product can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications and is compatible with oil/alkyd or latex topcoats. It is not recommended for use under strong solvent topcoats such as lacquers or two-component epoxies or urethanes. 400W White is a quick-drying formula that is ready to apply without thinning, helping to bond, prime, and seal surfaces for top coats with alkyds or latex paints.
