1 gal White XIM, UMA Acrylic Bonder and Primer/Sealer

XIM Advanced Technology UMA White is a high-performance water-based Bonder that combines primer and adhesive properties. It offers outstanding adhesion and wet adhesion to surfaces that are difficult to paint, even when they are wet. For most clean and dull paintable surfaces, sanding may not be necessary, but it is recommended to sand or dull the surface for optimal adhesion, especially on materials like tile, porcelain, and glazed block. UMA is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications and can be used with various top coats such as Oil/Alkyd, Latex, Urethane, Epoxy, and Lacquer. This white bonding primer/sealer is ideal for use on tough-to-paint surfaces including glass, tile, Formica, metals, plastics, wood, and other construction materials. It provides excellent adhesion for interior or exterior projects and is compatible with all types of topcoats.
