It offers superb adhesion and wet adhesion to surfaces that are typically challenging to paint, even when they are wet. While sanding may not always be needed for most clean and dull surfaces suitable for painting, it is recommended for optimal adhesion, especially on materials like tile, porcelain, and glazed block. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, UMA is compatible with a variety of top coats, including Oil/Alkyd, Latex, Urethane, Epoxy, and Lacquer. It also works well with Acrylics and Epoxies, providing excellent leveling and wet adhesion for a professional finish.
